Whitney Cummings is an American comedian, actress, writer, and producer. She is best known for creating and starring in the NBC sitcom “Whitney” and co-creating and co-starring in the CBS sitcom “2 Broke Girls”.
Born on September 4, 1982 in Washington, D.C., Cummings began her career as a stand-up comedian in Los Angeles. She gained recognition for her appearances on television shows such as “Comedy Central Roasts”, “Chelsea Lately”, and “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien”.
In addition to her work in television, Cummings has also acted in films such as “Made of Honor” and “The Ridiculous 6”. She has released several comedy specials, including “Money Shot” and “Can I Touch It?”.
