Justin Wren is a retired American mixed martial artist, philanthropist, and author. He was born on September 12, 1987, in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. Wren began his professional mixed martial arts (MMA) career in 2006 and competed in organizations such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Bellator MMA.

In 2011, Wren traveled to the Democratic Republic of the Congo for a fight and was moved by the poverty and suffering he saw there. He decided to leave his fighting career behind and devote his life to helping the Mbuti Pygmy tribe, who were being oppressed by other groups in the region.

Wren founded the Fight for the Forgotten charity organization in 2012 to help the Mbuti Pygmies and other marginalized communities in the Congo. The organization provides clean water, food, medicine, and education to these communities, as well as advocating for their rights and fighting against discrimination and exploitation.

Wren has also authored a book about his experiences, titled “Fight for the Forgotten: How a Mixed Martial Artist Stopped Fighting for Himself and Started Fighting for Others.” He is a popular speaker and has given talks at various conferences and events around the world, sharing his message of hope, perseverance, and compassion.
